The bunches of White Airen come from La Mancha in Spain and the bunches of Chardonnay come from the South of France. The Chardonnay is vinified in France by the winemakers of Badet Clément & Co.

Fleuraison Blanc de Blancs

Pale greenish/gold tint with brilliant, fine bubbles. The nose is very perfumed, with notes of flowers (the name Fleuraison means flowering/blossoming), and nuances of butter and hazelnuts. The finish is long and elegant, with overtones of brioche and almonds. The substantial dosage assures that the effervescence continues throughout the entire glass.
