Château d'Escurac Medoc (OWC)
Varietal: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Merlot

Harvest Method: The vines are about twenty years old and are grown in reasoned fight for mechanical harvests sorted twice. The yields range from 40 to 50 hl/ha. In the winery, the vats are in stainless steel and thermoregulated, with micro oxygenation if the need arises.
Aging Process: 12 months of rearing take place in oak barrels, renewed every third year.
Aroma/Palate: Cherry-red in colour, this red boasts a medium nose exuding empyreumatic, fruity and vegetal aromas. Discover this full-bodied wine expressing refreshing acidity and offering a broad texture and firm tannins. It also unveils a medium mouthfeel that leads into a long finish.
