Vinification: The grapes are soft pressing, and by fermentation with the skins for 7-8 days in vessels with temperature control. Aging Process: Aged in inox steel vessels at a controlled temperature for 8 to 9 months. Aroma: The wine presents an intense bouquet when young, with pronounced spicy notes. Palate: Pronounced cherry and plum tastes. With aging acquires notes of rich marmalades. Overall, a full and harmonious wine. Food Recommendations: This wine is ideal for daily enjoyment and can accompany almost any dish. Versatile, it pairs well with both Piedmonts' specialties, Italian dishes in general, and much more.
