The Castello Ducale winery is run from an old manor house in Campania in southern Italy.  There the Donato family has been producing wines for 4 generations.  Castello Ducale produces wines from the typical grapes of the region, Aglianico, Falanghina, white and black Pallagrello and Casavecchia, with small quantities of Sangiovese and Barbera.   The winery cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards, all from organic farming (ICEA Inspection Body of Modena, cod. T. az 496) grown on trellises on the hills of Castle Camps and the lands of Solopaca.
